Initially, there was a miscommunication with how long the board needed to be repaired before I could take it.After talking about the issue with them, they quickly apologized and corrected the miscomm. They explained the reasoning for the delay, provided a new and accurate timeline, and went above and beyond by tossing in some free goodies to make up for the delay. They even delivered it directly to me for free.It’s very obvious to me that this place cares deeply about their clients. I saw a Gr-oupon and called this company directly to check on renting 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards. Great advice from Kent, and top-notch help, so I booked directly. Once we arrived, they told us of a wind-advisory so we switched to 4 kayaks. Smart move. We kayaked for about 3 hrs, saw tons of iguanas, enjoyed the mangroves and the beautiful homes. Awesome place and awesome staff. We did the water bikes yesterday. Great Fun but an absolute workout.Today we did the Historic Ft. Lauderdale ebike tour with Troy. AMAZING. We have lived here since the 80s and learned so much about our neighboring town (we live just a bit North). Such an awesome tour plus we had the perfect day for it today.
